SAFE NIGHT OUT

As a venue, customer safety is our top priority and we are committed to maintaining a safe environment for everyone. We work closely with the police & local authorities to ensure your safety on a night out, as well as being part of the Lincoln Pubwatch & Licensing SAVI schemes.

Here are some of the measures & procedures we have in place:

  • Our SIA registered security team are trained to the highest standard, and are well versed in looking out for suspicious activity within our venue. The security team are clearly identifiable throughout the venue if you need to speak to a member of staff for any reason.
  • Our wider bar teams are trained in welfare campaigns such as “Ask for Angela”
  • Alongside our security team being first aid trained, we have an onsite medic & fully equipped first aid room for anyone who feels unwell.
  • Drinks Toppers are available free of charge at the bar.
  • If you think anything suspicious is in your drink, we have the ability to test your drink at the bar.
  • We have established partnerships with trusted, local taxi companies. If you need assistance in finding a taxi at the end of your night out, speak to a member of our security team.
  • When purchasing an advance ticket from our website, we have the option to provide contact details of a friend should we need to reunite you in an emergency.

The responsibility must be shared so if you are at one of our events and experience or witness anything that makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, please speak to a member of staff or security immediately so we can investigate.

Additionally, here are a few ways to look after yourself and your friends.

Know your limits & drink water throughout the night. Tap water is available for free at any of our bars.

If you feel unwell at any time, please speak to a member of staff or security.

Stick together, stay connected and always look out for your friends.

Do not leave your drink unattended, and avoid sharing drinks. If somebody offers to buy you a drink, go to the bar with them to see it being made.
